I've changed from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 11 and cannot transfer my Versa data across

I have almost two years of data and cannot transfer that across to my new phone. I have the Versa now syncing ok but have lost all my history. Has it gone forever?

I'm surprised it's gone at all. All your data is held on the fitbit servers and not on the phone so changing phones should not be a problem.

 

When you installed the fitbit app on your new phone did you login using your original email and password or did you create a new fitbit account? If you created a new account then that would explain what you are seeing and you'd just need to login to your old account to see your data again.

Thanks Steve - I didn't physically install the app, all apps on my old phone transferred across automatically, now you have me thinking about my account it was such a long time ago  but I'll have a dig.

Hello @Bigphatwhale you are posting from an account that was created last month, tbh is explains why the data disappeared. 

 

Let's go back a few months, where you getting your Monday Fitbit update? They where sent to the email that is connected to your other account. 

 

If you still have the old phone, let's go to the Fitbit app on the old phone. Tap account, then Security & login. 

You will find the correct email on the page.
