Hi @PaulB47 - you can see in the user manual  how to get all the information you need and enjoy your new watch.

Hello Guy…

the user manual does not address ‘missing’ stats..!

Best Answer

@PaulB47 - try restarting your watch.

If you can provide more details, screenshots, there may be another solution if that doesn't work.

Hello @PaulB47

Because your Fitbit Versa 2 is new it might take a few days for your Fitbit tracker to get it. Newly activated devices typically get updates within 24-48 hours of activation.  Look here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Versa-2-won-t-show-all-7-stats/td-p/3811004...One individual suggested this: Go to settings/ apps/fitbit. (Her phone is a Samsung so this bit may be different.) Mobile data/turn off allow background usage. Restart phone, turn it back on. Go back to fitbit app and sync and all stat's should be there.

😉Hopefully that will work for you as well. Please let me know

That’s awesome @PaulB47! 😃 As I suspected in my previous post it takes 24-48 hours to become available as you discovered this morning. I’m happy your up and running and I hope you enjoy your Versa 2. It’s the same tracker I have as well. Please consider marking  my previous post that explains the typical 24-48 hour period as best answer. Doing so really helps others who experience the same issue when they activate their new Versa 2. I hope you have an awesome rest of your day and as always Happy Stepping!
