I want to see how long I’ve slept on my actual watch

My mum can see how long she slept for on her actual Fitbit versa as well as the app but my new Fitbit won’t allow me. Someone please help me to add my sleep stats on my actual watch

If there is no where to see sleep then you probably need to update your Versa to the latest OS version. Check what version you are running - it should be 32.33.1.30 (check in your app go to the Versa Page and it tells you the version you are running at the top). If it is already that version then restart your Versa several times and see if the sleep thing appears in the Today screen.

Restart your tracker

If you swipe up on your device, you should see certain stats come up. If you scroll to the bottom of that, you should see "Settings." I had to go in there and pick which stats I wanted to pop up. If you're not seeing "Sleep," then you may need to go into the app itself (on your phone) and enable it.
