Did anyone else have an aha moment when they found out the versa 3 came out so soon after versa 2. Versa 2 is a waste and Fitbit knows it. Best Buy won’t even take it as a trade in, tho they take versa gen 1. I’ve really wanted to stick with Fitbit and can’t believe they didn’t create a trade in program for this waste of a “smart watch”. Why would we not jump to Apple Watch after such a disappointment?

I am not at all happy with the Versa 2 obviously and of course it’s too late to return. Have not heard of a trade in program through Fitbit and as I said Best Buy won’t take the V2 as a trade in. Is there anything that can be done? It’s always lagging in data, won’t show my notifications and is just so disappointing all around.
