I would like to cancel a Versa 2 order I placed

I purchased the wrong item and I would like to cancel my order and get a refund, but I can’t find any way to cancel or try to get ahold of someone.

How about using the contact.fitbit.link found in the top right menu on this page. 

I would contact them ASAP or you will be paying return shipping.

I tried to cancel mine but they straight up refused. The order hasn’t shipped, and they haven’t even taken the payment from my account... but it’s in their policies. They have the right to deny cancellation of the order. I should have been more careful.... I usually read everything but boy did I mess up.

Same here. Just tried to cancel it, they said they cant. When I asked if it had shipped they said no. And they said because the order was already accepted I would have to either refuse the package when it comes or tell the bank not to go through with payment.

I know I'm 10 months after you posted, but I agree and am very frustrated.  I called 3 hours after I order, before it shipped (same day) and was told there was nothing they could do.  I will have to pay for return shipping.  I will have to get it back to them. Or if I want, I can finaggle with the carrier to have the package denied and sent back.

 

It hasn't shipped yet. It hasn't been assigned a carrier

Same. 5 minutes after buy I can't cancel. Worst company. No more Fitbit. I'll send them back. They are idiots.

Agree, I ordered 1, they charged me for 2, I told them literally 10 minutes after email order confirmation and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it
