Icon won’t go away

Fitbit icon remains on watch nothing else. Disconnected and re- booted. Says connected to internet. No change in view.

Hi, contact Customer Support about this issue. They can see whether something is wrong with your battery or not and also if, depending on your warranty, if a replacement is needed.

Welcome top the community @200Atheana have you performed the setup procedure and connected the Versa to your Fitbit account?

If so the Versa is waiting for the Fitbit l firmware if your not seeing the red banner asking to update the tracker, then I suggest doing the setup process again.
