Icons instead of images in the fitness app

Hi,

My boyfriend and I purchased Versa's for Christmas and for some reason I am getting icons instead of images on the exercise app section. Has anyone come across this problem before? Is there any way I can change this? I have researched everywhere.

The only problem is @amor1989 is that your Versa has the latest firmware. If your boyfriend is seeing pictures than his firmware is not up to date. 

Does he have a pink banner telling him that his Versa has an update? If so he will want to tap it and follow the prompts.
