Identify my Fitbit and connect to Samsung S21

Hi, I can't remember what my Fitbit model is, I think it is a Versa 2. How do I identify? I do not have the original packaging.

 

Also, need help to connect it with my Samsung S21+.

Can anyone help?

Hello @Alan.g.s and welcome to the Community.  The Versa has three buttons, one on the left and two on the right.  The Versa 2 has only one button on the left.  Both use the same pin system to attach the bands.  I’m sorry, but I can’t help you with your phone problem.
