If I return my fitbit versa lite do I pay for repairs

I noticed that you've been in touch with Customer Support. If they asked you to return your Fitbit Versa Lite back to our warehouse it's because they want to run tests and find the reason why it was not working properly. Once they receive your Watch they will send you a replacement device. You don't have to pay for any repairs.
