If my workout is 30 min long, how can it be 9 min fat burn and 47 min cardio/peak

So, if my workout is only 35 minutes, how can my fat burn and and cardio/peak  minutes add up to 56 minutes? It shows that I worked out for almost twice as long as I did.

Cardio and peak minutes count double.

Tap Zone Minutes circle on phone app and you will see 2X zone min under cardio and peak, and 1X zone min under fat burn.

Extra credit for higher intensity, in line with guidance from CDC and American Heart Association.

See from profile you've been with fitbit a few years.  It wasn't that way a few years ago with the older "active minutes";  this was with the change to "zone minutes".
