Moderators please make this post a sticky as i think it will save a lot of users from going mad.

 

I have been having issues ever since i updated the app on my LGG5 . i have the Versa. Sometime fitbit software kicks out your chosen watchface but doesn't tell you.

Whenever you update go to clockfaces and change it to any standard fitbit stock face. Then see if your fit bit will sync. Once you have it working you can then go and replace your face with your favorite one if still available. This seems to be a problem whenever there is any kind of software update as this is the second time I've had to do this. No need to disconnect device or reinstall apps or any other kind of complicated doings.

@twiztc Yes, 3rd party clockfaces can cause issues but it's rarely a sole reason. Thank you for posting this tip though. I'm sure it will help many users! Happy New Year! 😄
