If your Brand new Versa cannot charge at all -- tighten your USB port connection

I got a brand new Versa from Indigo this afternoon. Spending 4 hours setting everything up, just found it cannot charge at all. I tried different USB on different laptop, mac and charger, same thing. Called the support and was told right away that I need to go back to store.

I was very upset about that and just did last try by connect the usb key to the port and wiggled a bit, then magic happened. It looks that the charger usb port is brand new and maybe need a little strength to plug it in. I just found this and not sure whether it can be charged properly.

I will update if it still not working. If you don't find my update in 3 days, then it should be working fine, since I am a lazy guy and won't do extra typing unless I have to. 🙂

an update: Still I could not make it charge properly. Returned it to Indigo. I would like to wait a while until the system is more stable and reliable. also there might be other option coming out soon.

@cntour sorry to hear that you returned your Versa but thank you for sharing your experience and thoughts. This is really import as it helps improve Fitbit devices. You could have tried another device to see if it was your specific watch that was having any sort of charging difficulties. Also remember that you can contact our Support team any time if you have any issues. Still thank you for giving Fitbit a chance this time.
