Image retention on my Versa 3

I have bought my Versa 3 in januari 2021.
Always On Display is activated.
There's an image retention on my screen.
Questions:
* Is this normal ?
* Is there something you can do about it ?
Note: my wife has the same problems with her Versa 3.

Hi @ginkgo60 - I have moved your post to the correct forum.

There is always a risk of "Burn in" when using Always On.

If it is still under warranty they may replace it.
