Inaccurate active minutes and heart rate

Hello,

Since the beginning of October my Fitbit Versa has been registering a ridiculous amount of active minutes. Anywhere between 400-700 active minutes a day. The heartrate is registering 130-147 at rest for hours. I am not that excited all day! I have not been able to be active at all this month. This is registering when I'm at a rest position. For example, so far today I have 71 active minutes from sitting and checking emails. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm experiencing this too. I called Customer Service earlier to no resolution. She advised if not fixed tomorrow, to call back. Sigh. Its causing my calorie burned totals to be 6-7K daily!!! Its so frustrating. I feel this happened around the same time my fitbit did the firmware update.

I have the same issue. When I contacted support I was told it was a 'known issue' that they were working on with no estimated time for a solution. So, I have a $200+ fitbit that can only accurately track steps. So disappointed with this!  My watch isn't even a year old.
