I am a runner and wear a heart rate monitor and run on a track. I also check my rate manually. My Fitbit calculates my rate a 111 when it is actually 155. I also run on a track and my first mile was 1895 steps and my second one 900, is this device just that inaccurate?

@snapitscrew Regarding the steps/distance, please adjust your running stride length and make sure it's autoadjusted using GPS. Regarding heart rate, Versa is quite accurate at least in my case. Please go to Settings app on your Versa (swiping left), tap it and scroll down to heart rate. Please toggle it ON and OFF with a reboot of versa in between. You can reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears. Also, make sure you're wearing Versa's band tight enough and there's no large accumulation of sweat under the sensor. I noticed that if I do a intense cardio and sweat a lot, the sensor's readings drop and I need to wipe under it. If this does not help, I'm afraid you might need to perform a factory reset. This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a replacement device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!
