Inaccurate heart rate readings on Versa.

My Fitbit HR is so inaccurate. Says my HR is 151 just sitting here. I have not had any issues, but the last 2 days the HR has been all over the chart. I have powered it off and restarted it with no luck.

Hello @Brandi1087 I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, did you restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen or did you turn it off by going to the Settings app > About > Shutdown?

Now, at this moment, I would like to ask you to go to the Settings app in your watch and tap on Heart Rate to turn it off. Then, restart your Versa again by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, go back to the Settings app and turn on Heart Rate again.

Monitor it for the next few days and let us know if you see an improvement. Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day!

Hi, restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons, Usually this solves the problem. Good luck!!

My Fitbit has been re started so many times. I even left it powered off for a day. Just over it already.

Also have had the HR monitor off for a few days so it dont affect all my other stats.

Hi, since you tried all the known actions to solve the problem, it's time to contact Customer Support, maybe there is something wrong with the HR sensor. If I really helped you, see my signature. Thanks.
