I have the Versa 2 and the heart rate is way off. Earlier today I did a test where I took my pulse manually (it was 72) and took a pic of my Fitbit pulse reading. (It read 125)
I tried the on/off/sync tip I read elsewhere but it did not help.
Any suggestions?

Hi @HeinsohnHaus. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around. I'm sorry for the delay.
Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa 2 prior posting, as well for the picture provided. I understand how important is to get accurate details whenever you're wearing your watch and let me help you with this matter. While sharing your details, I noticed that you've already got in touch with our Support team and you received assistance about this matter. Since they have access to your watch's data, I'd recommend to keep working with them so they can provide you with more details.
Feel free to reply back if you have any other question.

Hope this reply is not a duplicate. I can’t see my original reply so I’m trying again.
Good morning! Yes, after posting on the forum I reached out to Fitbit directly. They told me elevated heart rate readings are a flaw that they are already aware of and there is no fix currently known for this Fitbit problem. She said hopefully future updates will help rectify but for now there is nothing they can do. Sigh.
Thanks for your reply and have a lovely day! 🙂
