A while ago I posted about my Versa 3 showing low bpm during intensive exercise. The response I got form Marrefitbit was:" We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. We hope we get you back on track soon". She also thanked me for my patience.
- MarreFitbit could you please give me an update about the progress Fitbit is making concerning this issue? Reading about it in the community showed me that this issue is going on for 2 years now, so I think that's a lot of time for identifying a problem.
I don't need to say that I am running out of patience. So when will I be back on track again?
I thank in advance for your reply.

In general, I am extremely dissatisfied with the versa and the inaccurate data, as you have mentioned, more so with the inaccurate heart rate tracking during intense exercise.
Yesterday I got the flu and there was absolutely no indication on any of the metrics that I am starting to get sick. The so called HRV, oxygen, breathing rate metrics appears periodically. Like now, these last 3 metrics are not available at all. I am so disappointed in this device. As it stands, there is no reason for me to keep wearing it because all it is really good for is telling the time.
