Versa still NOT showing accurate mileage on bike. GPS enabled.

 

Fitbit, you know about this issue. A tracker that can't track!? I talked to Best Buy and I'm escalating this **ahem** with them.

 

Shame on you for selling this piece of crap!

@Bonnaroo It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not showing accurate distance for your biking activity. I know how frustrating this is for you. However, I would like to follow up and would like to know a couple of details: Has this issue happened before? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting the Community? If you haven't, please follow the workaround that shared my friend Alvaro in this thread.
