I am losing my mind with frustration! I've had my versa since last Christmas. I have walked 4 miles at a 14.45 min pace for YEARS. It was accurate until a few months ago. Now its showing my pace anywhere from 18 to 20 min miles and obviously my distance walked is WAY off. I did every fix they recommended and nothing. My friend who walks with me has the apple watch and of course hers is dead on..fitbit already replaced my versa thinking that it was an issue now my new one does the SAME THING. What is the point of an exercise tracking watch that doesnt track exercise correctly?? I am beyond frustrated and wish I could return it and get something else. What a huge let down . I will never recommend this watch to anyone.

Do you have the correct stride length selected in Settings? In the App, click on the Account Icon at the upper right and then scroll down to Advanced Settings and adjust Stride Length and then sync your tracker.

I've never touched the stride length I have it on auto and it used to work fine. GPS should be able to accurately measure the distance.
