Inaccurate step count

Anyone have issues with their versa not keeping accurate step count?  I'm a nurse and I work 12 hour shifts and my versa is saying I only did 6,000 steps!  There is noooo way I only did that amount

@Tere531 Have you tried rebooting your tracker several times by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes? Also, make sure you have Wrist Placement setting set to non-dominant.
