Inaccurate steps and calorie burn

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my Versa for two days now, and I'm already noticing a ton of inaccuracy. Even doing things as simple as a short walk is coming up as nearly double the burned calories (Pen and paper math consistently shows double). And just now, while sitting at my desk doing almost nothing, it has logged 4911 steps when I've taken exactly zero.

It's on my non-dominant wrist and there's no vibration present.

@gordonjuc welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it has tracked inaccurate steps and calories burned.

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, monitor your Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
