My Versa has issues with accuracy in multiple areas. 1. Counting steps. I have counted my walking steps and Versa is consistently 10 steps short every 100 steps. 2. My resting heart rate on Versa is about 10 bears off. Last night my rate was a consistent 46-48 for a couple hours and it keeps recording 58 as average. Is there something to be done about accuracy?

@klpurdy It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your steps and heart rate detection. Your device will detect the movement on your arm and translate that movement into steps. There are situations in which your arm may move but you won't be actually walking. For example, this may happen when you are playing the drums, burping a baby or clapping. It can also happen while driving. You can negate these steps by logging a driving activity. You can try wearing your device on your non-dominant hand but select that hand as dominant on the device’s settings to make it less sensitive to movement.
Regarding the resting heart rate this is calculated using your sleep and awake data and you can read more about it here. Now about getting an incorrect heart rate reading I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
