Incoming calls show up as phone not the contact name

My Versa shows who texts are coming from but not the phone calls. It shows phone for all calls. Anyone able to help  customer service couldn't 😒 very frustrating please help. I have restsrted it 2times.

Pipermae, did you ever get a responds on this issue? My device is doing this and I'm not sure how to fix it either. It just started this, after being off for about 3 days. Any help will help.

Bump!  I have this same problem.  Just shows as "Phone" on the fitbit, the phone itself shows the contact.  Android Samsung Galaxy S9

 Ok, I got mine to work on Versa/Galaxy S9.  In the Fitbit app, under Settings, then Notifications, turn on call and then there is 3 different permissions - one is just to get notifications (which comes up as Phone on Versa), the other is to allow access to contacts.  You have to give that and then contact name will show on Versa.
