Incorrect calories showing and heart rate

Hi guys

Watch counting cals even when not wearing the device

Heart eate showing lower than what is accurate

No idea how to fix this or if it means my device us bust

I think the watch assumes that calories are burned at your basal metabolic rate when you're not wearing it. That's a more accurate assumption than zero (death excepted).

It told me i had burned 2200 calories at 830am after just waking up

The gym machines pick up my heart rate is 135bpm and the watch says 90bpm

Something is def off

My steps are now also acting up saying i did 10000 steps when ive literally been breastfeeding in the lounge

I have the same issue with heart rate showing in 90 range when actually in 130s while exercising. Completely unreliable. Any fixes available?
