Hi,
I have been using Versa 2 since 1st week of October 2019. I have been running on Threadmill since then. Till 2 weeks before i have seen accurate calcuation in distance i run on it. It matches sames as Threadmill in watch. But in last 2 weeks i see watch alwayd shows 200-300 meters lesser. There isnt ant changes made in watch or app or phone settings. Please can you advise?

@BALAGANAPATHY A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your distance and floor calculation. Your device uses the number of steps and stride length to calculate the distance. You can improve the accuracy by measuring and logging your stride length. Feel free to use these instructions to do this. Also in your particular case make sure you aren't grabbing the hand rails on the treadmill so the Versa 2 can properly detect all steps taken.
Regarding the floors you didn't mention what type of issue are you having. Could you elaborate on this? Your device uses it's altimeter to detect variance in altitude. It will count 1 floor for every 10 ft it detects you climbed. There are situations that may affect the floor count like stormy weather (that has an actual impact on atmospheric pressure), gusts of wind, an AC unit in a closed room or opening a door. I suggest you start by cleaning the back of the device where the altimeter is with cotton and rubbing alcohol then use compressed air at a distance to clear the altimeter's opening (you will need to remove the wristbands). Finally restart it.
Let me know how it goes.
