Incorrect water logging synced to phone from fitbit Versa 2 device

The water logged is synced incorrectly to app if the bluetooth and gps on phone are off while logging water on watch and synced later to phone by switching on bluetooth and gps.

7 cups logged on watch get synced as .88 cups and 2 cups get synced as .25 cups. High time fitbit resolves the issue. 

 

Please note that the issue is not seen if the Bluetooth and GPS on phone are always on.
