The auto works well for me except at night. It is too dim. 

 

Fitbit should make it operate more like and iPhone. When iPhone is set to auto brightness you can still adjust the range of it up or down and it still adjusts

 

for me is like the lowest auto to only go to mid level. 

 

This needed because though I can set it to mid instead of auto, in daylight it’s not bright enough.

When desired it's possible to add suggestions to the feature suggestions subforum where the most awesome community can vote, add comments.. when enough interest it can be picked up by the developers to integrate the functionality.
