I’ve had my Versa Lite since last September and it’s been fine until this last month. Some days I’ll open the app on my iPhone to sync and the app shows more calories burned than my watch does, and then of course updates the watch to match. I don’t understand how this is possible. I do add spin exercises manually and the calories burned based on my class summary but the difference has usually only been about 100 calories on average. When this calorie jump happens, it’s like a 300-400 calorie jump. Today, the calorie burned jump showed intense activity during a time when I was just sitting on the couch watching tv which is the weirdest part. Any help would be appreciated. The watch firmware and app version are all up to date.

@Jessica-A Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with the discrepancy you are seeing between your app and your Versa lite. Has this been occurring lately or for a long time? Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? Have you manually logged any activities on your account? These scenarios may affect the calories measurement on your app without it needing to sync with your Versa lite (as the calories come from other sources). Remember that your personal data (age, weight, height, etc.) is also used to calculate your caloric burn so check that this is correct. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Also make sure to have the app up to date.
Let me know how it goes.
