Hi @SnehaHouji

Sorry, but there is no way to change that hourly goal. Since the reminder is ten minutes to the hour, not everyone would be able to get 500 additional steps in that quickly. Many people wear the devices at work and are stuck at a desk or behind a counter.

Keep on stepping!

Being able to set individual goals and timing is highly desirable for your customer base - keep in mind that Fitbit serves a broad and diverse demographic whose environments at home and work are quite diverse.  Many of us do not fit the "stuck behind a desk or counter", and even those that do fit this might value the opportunity to set a reminder every 30 minutes for 250+ steps to keep themselves healthy.

Agreed, I am stuck behind a desk and I get up to get 500 steps an hour, I also would like to be able to add custom notifications so I can fat shame myself more.

Hello, just checking in to see if Fitbit has addressed this issue, I would like to set a reminder to move more frequently and for 500+ steps.  It seems absurd to me that with the wide ranging demographic you serve you would assume that your users only want to be reminded to move once an hour and for a maximum of 250 steps?!  This seems like a no brainer and it annoys me to no end that I need to use a third party app to remind me to drink water and move every 15 minutes.

@path2avalon  I dont think anything has changed, 250 steps is the maximum for now, hopefully it'll be addressed soon!

But isn't that the point of it being customisable ?

That people behind a counter can just leave it at what is comfortable/achievable for them and if others want more then we can as  well ?

This would appear to be a very important option from what I can see.
