I've just received a new watchband that I ordered for my Versa 3 that I bought in 2019. There was nothing in the product detail to say that the watchband would only work for Versa 3 from ?? years and older.
My watch requires the watchbands that are attached with a pin. The one I ordered is clearly for newer watches. I had no idea that this would be the case.
Any idea where I can buy a watchband that works for the old pin system? And please add more detail so that others don't make the same mistake.

@Leahtg The pin system is used for the Versa/Versa 2/Versa Lite models. You need to look for third party bands on a site like Amazon or eBay. Fitbit doesn't stock bands for these discontinued models. If you bought your band from Fitbit, you can contact Support for a return authorization, but you will probably need to pay the return postage.
BTW, the Versa 3 was released in 2020, so I suspect you have a Versa 2. A Versa 2 has one side button and the original Versa has three.

@Leahtg If your Fitbit has three buttons, then it is a Versa. The Versa 3 was released in 2020, after you bought your Fitbit. Also, the Versa 3 doesn't have a physical button. It has a haptic button, a feature that looks like an indentation, not a real button.
