Info on "Today" portion of versa lite inaccurate

For several weeks when I swipe up to look at my "today  stats many are inaccurate. Heart rate is correct but if I swipe left to show extra data for it there are usually just dashes for fat burn, cardio and peak. Weekly exercises always shows 0 days of activity even though the fitbit app shows my correct number of workouts for the week. Sleep never updates either.

 

I've restarted the watch many times with no luck. Also tried pairing the device over with no change.

Have you tried full reinstall?

 

A full restore should resolve this issue as new updates have been released.

Factory reset Versa: Erase Versa
On Versa, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset.

 

FitBit app Settings - select Versa scroll down & select Remove this Versa. 

 

Then go Bluetooth settings & manually 'unpair' Versa.

 

Completely uninstall the FitBit app. 

 

Shut down 'not restart' your phone.

 

Put Versa on charge.

 

Turn phone on.

 

Reinstall FitBit app. 

 

Go settings  + Set up a device

 

Follow on screen prompts.

Never tried a full reinstall and wish I hadn't tried. Been trying to update since 4am with no hope in sight.. Gonna contact support.
