Information showing in Versa not showing correctly in app Dashboard.

All my active hours are showing accurately on my versa, but are not all showing on my dashboard, although I've "Snyced" multiple times.  Also, I've walked 21k+ steps for the weekend warrior challenge (all showing on Versa) but only 17k are showing on the challenge / dashboard.

What's up with that?

@moojay Is the data missing from your Dashboard on Fitbit.com as well, or only from Fitbit mobile app? Does it happen frequently?

The steps are showing on my versa and dashboard but not on the challenge “ weekend warrior”

The hours showing active are on my versa but not my dashboard.

This is the first time these bugs have happened.

Hello @moojay I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. It's great to see you too @Marrrmaduke thanks for all your help.

@moojay I appreciate you have taken the time to share this situation with us. If you haven't tried yet, please force-quit the app in your phone, then open it again. If this doesn't seem to work, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Now, when it comes to your steps not getting synced correctly in challenges, below are possible reasons for this issue:

1. Your steps have fully synced to our database but you're not viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode. (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).
2. You manually logged an activity. Steps from manually logged activities do not count toward challenges; only steps recorded by your tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
3. You used MobileRun to track GPS data with your app. Only steps recorded by a tracker or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges.
4. All challenge participants are not in the same time zone.

We also recommend waiting 15 minutes after syncing your Fitbit data to see if your challenge updates.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, give this a try and let us know the outcome.

  1. How do you go about viewing the mobile app dashboard in Live Data Mode? (Live data mode would show the word "connected" under your tracker tile).

What do I need to do this to see if that will resolve the problem since nothing else seems to work?
