Hi-
I have had my fitbit versa for 6 days now and have been on the phone or on chat with fitbit support 6 times now I have had trouble with step accuracy, HR accuracy and my fitbit coach premium app does not sync properly to my versa. If I pay for my premium account I should be able to use it on all platforms and am disappointed that I cannot.
Yes, I have tried
1. Deleting app off Versa
2. Redownloading app on to Versa
3. Restarting Versa
4. Resyncing Versa
Still no help
I have tried logging off and back on on my iPhone— Still nothing
Today I was doing my cardio workout and about 20 minutes in my versa reported that I have a resting heart beat of 89. After being frusturated I removed my versa and completed my workout. I did not have my versa on my body just on the table next to me. But when I picked it back up it counted 300 more steps while I wasn’t even wearing it.
I am tired of constantly troubleshooting this problem. Like stated before if I pay for premium I should be able to enjoy the benefits of my money and same goes for this watch.
I have had a fitbit flex for a year and loved it. Couldn’t wait to get the versa and continue my fit lifestyle but I am very dissatisfied.

My normal heart beat during a cardio workout ranges from 125-155
