Hi @Racepar  what's going on with your Versa 2? Warranty period is one or two years (USA, some European countries) and depends on where you purchased it. Some third party retailers do not have a Fitbit warranty on their products. I moved your post from the Inspire 3 forum into this Other Versa Products for more responses.
