Inquiry about exercise shortcuts on my Versa 2

In exersize my fitbit is showing shortcuts then in an orange box underneth it says more ? and that i can only store 7 shortcuts, I was not aware i had stored any ? 

Please help

Hi @MaryMary100 - it comes with, or accumulates, the 7 most used exercises.

If you want one not in the 7 ,click more and choose it.

If you frequently use one that is not part of the 7 you can edit the list in the Fitbit App to include it instead of an existing one you use less often, Click profile photo, Versa 2 photo and at the bottom, exercise shortcuts and arrange them as you wish and sync your watch after.

Hi thanks for that BUT the screen is jammed and dose not respond to that request? It just won’t give me an option of selecting a workout

@MaryMary100 - it is probably a glitch in the Fitbit App on your phone.

One of the ways to resolve that on a iPhone is to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit App.

Make sure your phone is a compatible device first.

After reinstalling redo the Notification and App notifications and any other special Settings.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly as it could be a new issue with the App. They may be able to help you.

Thank you for all the advise. I have contacted customer support, and they recomended factory reset and talked me through this, the problem is now resloved.
