Hello. Ive recently had to change my IPhone and trying to get my Versa to sync to their new IPhone. I transferred all my apps via the ICloud backup, and all but Fitbit is working. I’ve tried reinstalling the Fitbit software but no change. The new IPhone clearly recognises the Fitbit as it shows my Versa on the Fitbit dashboard - just won’t sync! Anyone got any suggestions how I can resolve my little problem,

Hi, a new phone means also that you have to setup your Versa all over again with this new phone. The new phone does not recognize the new phone by itself, although you have set it up on another iPhone. The new phone will only show your Versa cause you are still on the same account after starting the Fitbit app. I cannot make this any easier for you, just run the setup again.
