I have been trying to load music and podcasts on my new Versa for 3 days now and finally released what was missing. Everywhere I've read says go to the manage my music tile as well as the transfer music section on the versa itself. Ok, I've seen no such thing as a manage my music tile anywhere on the app or pc programs and I've been all over them! What am I missing?

@Nerdrick7149 Follow this link and scroll down to the bottom for the app links for your computer. Choose the platform that matches your computer system and install. Then use that (either Fitbit Connect or Fitbit app depending on platform) to manage the transfer from your computer. Remember, transfer can't be done from your phone.

Hello @Nerdrick7149 are you trying to load music on your Versa or wanting to control the music on your phone from your wrist?

@Nerdrick7149 Yes, absolutely! I'm reposting here steps that I use. The biggest tricks are to be sure to use the slower 2.4 ghz wifi band in your house and to use music that you actually own and didn't download from a streaming service for which you have a subscription. Let us know how it goes.
I'll give you the step-by-step that works for me every time.
1. The Versa WiFi connection doesn't stay active unless being actively used. WiFi is only used for Music transfer and firmware updates. So, go into the Fitbit app on you phone and WiFi Settings and refresh the connection to your 2.4 ghz wifi band. You should see the network listed with the word "Connected" when the connection is made. You can confirm this on your Versa by going to Settings>About>IP Address and you should see numbers and not "wifi off".
2. Go to your computer and make sure you are connected to the EXACT SAME 2.4 ghz wifi band. I have a dual band router and a booster in my home so I can see a bunch of different wifi connections. I gave them all different names so I could recognize them. I make the wifi bands match.
3. On your Versa open the Music app and choose "Transfer Music".
4. Go the the Fitbit Connect app on your computer and open the "Manage My Music" part of Fitbit Connect. You'll see the message "Looking for your Watch" and a spinning circle. It takes maybe up to 20 seconds to connect.
If I open the Fitbit Connect Manage My Music as a first step, my computer doesn't find my watch. I find that performing the connection in this series of steps works best for me.
Once the connection is made you'll see a list of playlists with a drag and drop feature. I don't make my playlists this way. Instead I go into iTunes and create my playlist from music that I own (purchased) and have downloaded to my computer. I select that playlist (I have made several for my Versa) and start the transfer.
This process works for me every time.

I have the exact same problem and nowhere on the Fitbit app for Windows 10 is there a tile "manage my music". So still need help. Both Fitbit and computer are on same network.

Hello @busdrivermj my understanding is that this option has been removed from the Win 10 desktop app and the Connect Software needs to be used.
The Fitbit help doc does mention this

Hello @busdrivermj please see my last post that you responded to where i point out that the Win 10 app can not be used to download music. The user nerds to download the Fitbit Connect software.
