My Versa continues to be one of the worst purchases of my life. Now it is displaying "NaN,NaN" where it should be displaying today's step count on the watch face. I will not try to get help from Fitbit staff since that will only lead to anger and frustration. What a company! What a product!

Which clock face? It could be a problem with a specific one. Try one of the ones by Fitbit.

@JohnnyRow I think we are getting close to 1000 watch faces, @jw41 have you though about contacting the developer of the face? They might know.

@jw41 This is Not a Number error. It is a problem with your clockface. It is not compatible. Change it for a different one as @Rich_Laue and @JohnnyRow have suggested.
