Intelligenter Wecker funktioniert nicht mehr

Liebes Fitbit-Team,

 

seit einigen Tagen funktioniert mein intelligenter Wecker nicht mehr und ich werde "lediglich" zu der eingestellten Uhrzeit geweckt (immer um Punkt 7:00 Uhr, niemals im 30-minütigen Zeitfenster davor).

An was kann das liegen?

Apart from restart the watch also go to quick settings, pull down once and pull down again on the watch face and click on the 2 white bars and check your Do not disturb setting [and sleep], it is quite easy to enable them without noticing.

Probably try making sure that you end scheduled sleep mode before the alarm time.

thanks for your answer. I didn‘t change anything regarding the scheduled sleep mode (it’s been deactivated from

the beginning on).. any other idea? 🙂

Also try a phone restart and have a look at your phone settings in case it has an influence, such as do not disturb on the phone perhaps.

Restarted the watch twice in the end and now it works again - thanks for your help!
