International travel and time

So I traveled to Dubai and my Versa updated the time with no problem once i connected to WiFi. I then traveled to Jordan and it didn't update even though its its conne to wifi. What to do?

Hello @Hadden8176 , nice to see you for the first time at the community. I'm happy to help you with the time on your Versa. In the normal case, your device should be the time of your mobile phone and account.

  • Please go to fitbit.com and log in with your password and your email.
  • Then, in the upper right corner of your Dashboard. And then go to Settings (gear icon).
  • Under Personal Settings> Country select Jordan or any specific country.
  • At the bottom, press Submit.

Now on the phone.Under the settings of the phone, depending on the operating system, search for the time settings and make sure that it is on manual.

  1. Then open the Fitbit app.
  2. Press Account> Advanced Settings.
  3. Make sure Automatic Location is off and select Location, Jordan or any specific country. And
  4. Automatic location should be turn off also. 
  5. Then sync your Versa.
