Hi! I would like to know if an item bought in the US has warranty in Europe. I live in Portugal and asked a friend who lives in the US to bring me a Fitbit Versa from Costco. If the product has some problem covered by warranty, can I use it? Thank you!

Rough guess is if something goes wrong you will have to return it to your friend in the USA for warranty processing. Have a look at the Returns and Warranty section at the bottom of this page - or better give customer service a call and ask them. R-

How long ago did you buy the Versa, and do you have the receipt? R-

I haven´t bought it yet, I was hoping to get a good Black Friday deal but since we don´t have Costco in Portugal I was wondering if there is a problem covered by warranty how can I solve it.

Thanks, Roger!

I had a look at the warranty section and it seems you are right, the item should be returned to the retailer. Guess I will have to buy it here, I don´t want to risk a faulty item and be stuck with it.
