Hi Fitbit Buddies.
Me and my friend regularly run on a Saturday morning and we are interested in the Jeff method.
I have set my interval ratios on my Versa fitbit settings and sync the fitbit app. However, when we went for our regular Sat morning run the intervals didn't kick in on my exercise - run workout app.
Do i need to set my watch to intervals workout rather than run workout?
If i set to intervals workout will it connect my GPS with strava to notify i have done a run..?
Sorry for all the questions I'm so confused as people have managed to do this on their Versas

Hi, @njb89 , yes, if you are doing an interval run, then you will need to set your Versa to intervals, and not workout.
The interval program does has the option for "connected GPS" so it should connect with your phone's GPS and give you a map etc.
The Fitbit app should also send your data to Strava if you have set up the apps to connect.
Basically you need to make sure that "intervals" is added to your exercise app, and then be sure to start an "interval timer" rather than workout, and turn connected GPS on (it's under the gear icon on your Versa). Make sure it has connected, click start, and off you go.
I hope this helps!
