Irregular heart rhythm notifications prompt disappeared for Versa 2

Hi fitbit community!

I got a notification on my Fitbit app today offering me to setup Afib (I use a Versa 2). I clicked on "setup now" button on the notification and was navigated to a screen. While reading the details on the screen, I clicked on the back button and the notification went away so I couldn't go back to the screen of setting up the Afib.

I read on the fitbit website that to setup I should go to Discover tab > Assessments and Reports. But I can't find that anywhere on the Discover tab. My app is updated to the latest version. Can you let me know if I will get another notification to setup or I should just wait for an app Version update?

@Harry333   I'm going to ask a moderator to help you.  This is a user-to-user help site and this is a brand new feature.  It's new to all of us.  I can only offer generic troubleshooting ideas, like logging out of your Fitbit app, then logging back in or deleting, then re-downloading the app to see if it appears in your Assessments and Reports section.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Harry333 and thank you for the heads up and your assistance @LZeeW. I appreciate you shared your Afib question.

As @LZeeW mentioned, this feature is brand new and has just been released. Please wait until you get the notification one more time (it should show up again) and start taking advantage of the feature when it gets available for you. In the meantime you can check: How do Fitbit Irregular Rhythm Notifications check for atrial fibrillation (AFib)?

As a side note, let me share our team is aware some of our users have received this notification even though they're residing in an unsupported country. We're sorry for this inconvenience and we'll work to get this corrected. For a list of countries where irregular rhythm notifications or the ECG app is cleared for use, see www.fitbit.com/irregular-rhythm. Additional countries will be added as regulatory clearance is obtained.

Welcome to our community, @Samsung13232. Thanks for letting us know that you live in a country where it´s available.

I understand how frustrating this could be, as mentioned before, this feature is still rolling out and it's not yet available for all the customers.

I have exactly the same issue on my Sense.
No way set up through Discover tab (As mentioned everywhere..) Seems like an arbitrary pop up.
Extremely frustrating.
Please explain why, once offered the initial set up, the tile is not available under Discover, as advised everywhere.

@RandomGuy776   As a member of the Community Council, I remember getting an internal update saying that this feature has been rolled out to all eligible users.  If you are in the US, and you say that it isn't available when choosing your Discovery icon, please contact Support for more help.  There was an error when the feature starting rolling out.  Users outside the US got the pop up.  But it is US only at this time.
