Is HRV and other health metrics available to versa user?

I read that HRV and other health metrics are only available for user in certain region with premium subscription. I brought my versa from US amazon, and used it in Hong Kong, though my free premium subscription has expired 2 days ago. 

 

If I subscribe the premium again, would those health metrics become available to me?

*The Health Metrics dashboard and the metrics displayed in the dashboard are not available in all countries.

Breathing rate, resting heart rate and heart rate variability metrics are available with Fitbit Charge 3, Charge 4, Inspire 2, Inspire HR, Ionic, Versa family and Sense devices;

Breathing rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature variation and SpO2 are available with Ionic, Versa family and Sense devices only.
