Hi all:.
1) I wear my Versa 3 on my left wrist. Recently, I have been told by 2 people that wearing it on my ankle will register my steps more accurately. Is there any truth to this?

Hi @Bill01602 and welcome to the forums.
I appreciate your message and your question about how your device is worn. We do not recommend using the device on the ankle, as it's a wrist based device.
May I suggest you the reading of the following help articles?

Hi @Bill01602 - yes there are times when wearing a watch on your ankle can measure steps more precisely but it is quite hard to see the time, or notifications, unless you are very flexible!
Wearing it on your wrist also can measure other arm movements which is a good measure of activity so can better measure in some cases than just steps, to get an overall view.
If you mean purely steps during a walk either wrist or ankle should work the same, unless you are pushing a trolley or pram long distances in which case ankle will be more accurate.
