If you buy a fitbit brand new on EBay is that covered under fitbits 1 year warranty? I'e seen issues on here where people have had issues in the past.

No, eBay is not considered an authorized retailer, so it wouldn't be under warranty. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Fitbit, not any subsequent owners. It's hard to know with eBay if the device was previously used and has an existing problem.

 

You could check with your seller and/or eBay to see if there is any recourse.
