Hi. I'd like an official answer from someone at Fitbit, please.
Is it okay to use/press the buttons on my Versa when the watch is underwater or during a shower? I know the device can be used when swimming, but with previous waterproof smartphones, etc., users were told not to actually press the buttons while the unit is wet.

Im not offical Fitbit but I press mine when wet. If you are going to use the swim exercise app you have to to be able to do this. I have never had a problem.

It would be best not to press the buttons under water. that is how most of the versa are being damaged.
Mine is also behaving erratically after i used buttons underwater. during swim buttons stopped working, restarted the versa and other buttons started working but Right bottom button is not working.
