Is it possible to add Versa in addition to my Blaze?

Previously have a Blaze.  Just bought a Fitbit Versa.  How do I add an additional device to my same Fitbit account.  Is that even possible?  Do I have to stop using my Blaze?  Not sure what to do.

Hello @Morrisbon, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. It's great to see you too @DramaQueenDiva and @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

@Morrisbon, I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. As @DramaQueenDiva and @SunsetRunner mentioned, it is possible to add your Fitbit Versa to your account even if you have another Fitbit device (excluding Ionic) paired to your account. This is called Multitracking. If you'd like to add your Fitbit Versa to your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  4. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Just go to the Fitbit App Dashboard and click on the Account Icon and then click on "Add a device" and follow directions.  They can both be activated at the same time and when you sync, they will both even be synced at the same time.  I have both a Versa and Charge 2 on my account and sometimes I use the Charge 2 when my Versa is charging. All your data from either one will be added to the App,etc., and each other at sync time.

When you log into the Fitbit app, you will see a credit card icon on your Dashboard.  This is your Account section where all your information in terms of trackers, settings, etc. is stored.  Scroll down to "Add New Device" and then select "Versa" and follow the prompts.

You will not need to remove your Blaze from what I understand.  If you had an Ionic and a Versa, yes, as they have the same OS.  But my understanding is the Blaze has a different OS, so your Versa and Blaze can coexist on the same account.  With Multi-Tracker Support, all you will need to do to switch between the devices is sync your trackers before you switch.

When I select my new Versa device, the screen goes away and does not search for the Versa?

I have this issue with trying to put both my Versa 3 and Blaze on the Fitbit App.  I cant find what you referring to as Account top right? Should I be on the Online app. or the Fitbit app. on my iPad that I usually sync with.  Or I can use my iPhone.  They both have the app loaded.

My second issue, I purchased my Versa 3 in September 2022.  I tried Deezer under a free Trial.  Then I decided to subscribe after that.  Unfortunately, though it played fine during the free trial, I haven't been able to get the watch to connect to get whatever I needed to update the Deezer app from free trial to paid subscription. I went through everything with a person on-line in support and we could not get anywhere.

I really need someone to help give instructions including diagrams, photo's, screen shots.  So can you help with these two issues?

Hello @Asdriscoll and welcome to the Community.  You added on to an older thread.  The app was redesigned, so the path has changed.  The path to add a new device is to tap on your profile picture on your mobile app > + Set Up a Device, then follow the prompts.

I'm sorry, but I can't help you with your Deezer problem.  I don't subscribe to any music services.  It sounds like you are describing a Deezer issue, not a Versa 3 device issue.  There is an Fitbit App Gallery forum.  I think you should start a new thread in the Fitbit App Gallery forum to get help with your Deezer issue.
