Is it possible to change the "look alive" Alarm message?

When the alarm goes off on my versa it says the time. Above the time is says in a smaller grey print "look alive". Is this the name of the alarm pattern if so how do I change it? Please help.

This did not actually answer the question. I have this alarm going off myself at 1:00 a.m. every morning but I shall no alarm set up on my fit bit itself or on the app or through Alexa. How do I get rid of it and why is it on my fit bit? This must be something set up originally or so many people would not have problems with it.

You can take the alarm off if you to to alarm on the fitbit it self and select the alarm and at the top it will say off or on just select off
